In 2022, the City of Houston proclaimed May 2nd as Megan Thee Stallion Day. In celebration of 2024 MTS Day, the Pete & Thomas Foundation will encourage all Hotties to give back to their communities. The foundation will also host several community service projects in Houston around our pillars of education, community goodwill, and mental health and wellness that aim to strengthen our community and foster volunteer engagement.
At AVDA, Hotties will assemble 500 care packages to be distributed to mothers for Mother’s Day at several nonprofit organizations that support survivors of domestic violence, single mothers and unhoused families.
At the Youth Education Town (YET) Community Center (located in the historic Fifth Ward), Hotties will put together furniture, decorate and unveil space to youth. The YET Community Center annually serves 1500 children, youth and families.
Community Services Projects are subject to background checks as outlined on Volunteer Houston.
Hotties Helping Spotlight
We encourage Hotties who work in public service (i.e. teachers, healthcare providers, etc.) and/or volunteer at a nonprofit organization.
Learn more about volunteer opportunities in your community.
Hotties Helping is a new initiative of the Pete & Thomas Foundation that provides a hub for Hotties to learn about how they can give back and share information about nonprofits from around the world providing support to communities in need.
We know Hotties all over the world have big hearts and love for their community!
