In Honor of Joseph Pete, Jr. & Holly Thomas
Megan Pete, better known as Megan Thee Stallion, established the Pete and Thomas Foundation to honor the memories of her father Joseph Pete Jr., and her mother Holly Thomas. Her parents instilled the importance of family, education, and community.

In March 2023, we had the opportunity to share an unforgettable experience with our community partners and the amazing people we have worked with over the past year. We enjoyed Megan's incredible performance at the AT&T Block Party during the NCAA March Madness Music Festival in our hometown of Houston.

Houston Key to City and Proclamation
On May 1, 2022 Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner honored Megan Thee Stallion for her humanitarian efforts with the Key to the City and a Proclamation proclaiming May 2 at Megan Thee Stallion Day. She also met the first grant recipients of the Pete & Thomas Foundation.

Earlier this year, the Pete & Thomas Foundation partnered with Bread of Life to distribute generators and essential supplies to senior citizens and their families across Houston. This effort is part of the ongoing Emergency Power Program, which aims to provide short-term access to electricity for seniors during power outages while working toward long-term solutions that protect vulnerable communities from future emergencies.

The sold-out Hot Girl Summer Tour delivered electrifying performances, with the Pete & Thomas Foundation featured throughout the event on stage screens. Nearly 70 community organizations received unlimited tickets, deepening the Foundation’s reach within the communities it serves. A standout moment of the tour was the Block Party, which brought together attendees and community partners, reinforcing the Foundation’s commitment to local engagement and support.

Megan Thee Stallion and the Pete and Thomas Foundation honored her parents by supporting underserved communities through education, housing, and wellness. The foundation has partnered with 150 organizations to serve over 30,000 people via mental health initiatives, disaster relief, and global scholarships. Its impact was celebrated at the Inaugural Gala in New York City.
